How Do We Keep Control of Money and Materials
We don't hand over money or materials to a third party. I barter (I'm quite good at it now) so, the funds we have go a long way. We then take items personally to the family or area of benefit.
Over the years we have built strong bonds with people who care about their health and environment. A team of trusted coordinators locally in The Gambia work hard to further the aims and objectives of the charity.
We do our utmost to supervise the work being done and take lots of pictures so that you can see what has been achieved with your money.
When an Oasis Project representative from the UK is not in The Gambia we have trusted professionals who coordinate.
By working this way, we can ensure that the hard earned cash we are given gets to those who have a need and the project it's intended for.
